Jesus said, “I am the Alpha and the Omega,
the First and the Last,
the Beginning and the End.”
Rev 22.13
Worship is an integral part of everyday life... we are called to present our bodies as ‘living sacrifices’. We believe that worship isn’t primarily about singing songs, chanting or getting lost in awe and adoration. Its about how we live our lives. Its not a case of hoping God ‘turns up’ at our services each Sunday; it’s about us following him out to to serve in places where perhaps we’ve never been but he’s never left!
What we do on a Sunday is just the tip of the iceberg, and certainly not an end in itself...
The tip of the iceberg...
Our altogether times of worship - normally on a Sunday
The morning service is a key part of our life as a church. We look forward each week to meeting with God, experiencing his presence and meeting as his community of believers and enquirers. We value the teaching of God’s word and dynamic worship.
Our morning service starts at 10.30 am each Sunday. All ages worship together for the first part of the service, and then the children and young people go out for separate teaching in their own groups (for children and young people). A crèche is also available for those under 3 years old.
“A church that is almost full at 10.30, looks different 25 minutes later - well, it does prove we are a church consisting of every generation!”
A whole host of musicians share the musical ministry. Communion is also a central part of our corporate worship and is usually celebrated on the first Sunday evening and the third Sunday morning of each month.
Twice a term, in addition to the festivals of Christmas and Easter, we hold All-age services. These are designed for the whole family: children and adults alike.
The evening service normally begins at 6.30 pm.
After every service (morning and evening) refreshments are served.

We also now have a service for young people and contemporary adults: Transform This takes place from 8:00pm in Uncle Tom’s and looks at a different topical issue each week. Ideal for people who are not used to going to Church
At whatever service you attend, you’ll be sure of a good welcome!
